The Historic Deglman Farm is a rich piece of Minnesota history. My father, Ivan Deglman purchased this beautiful property in 1934. He along with my mother Ione, raised dairy cattle, hogs, chickens and lots of children here. The fertile soil produced corn, soybeans, potatoes, flax, oats, sugar cane and even tobacco.
The dairy barn, built in 1946, is now the centerpiece of our family farm. Our current dance floor was once home to several thousand bales of alfalfa hay for feeding the 28 Holstein cows housed below. We are so honored to share our home with you and strive to make your wedding the extraordinary event that you deserve. At The Historic Deglman Farm, we love what we do, and it shows.
